Bird, Clam and Fisherman A clam opens its shell, soaking in the sun. A seagull puts its beak inside the shell to fetch the clam meat. The clam closes its shell, trapping the seagull. The fisherman catches them both. Moral: A third party reaps the benefit when others fight. |
